SAHO / SUN Proposals Comparison Document
The following document lists a number of the key issues tabled for discussion in negotiations to renew the collective agreement between the Saskatchewan Union of Nurses and SAHO.

    It includes a comparison of:
    - the current language in the collective agreement
    - SAHO’s proposed changes where there is one and the explanation for requesting those changes
    - SUN’s proposed changes where one exists

This is not a complete list of all proposals. The Union has proposed over 140 changes including 6 housekeeping and 28 consequential changes. SAHO has proposed 83 changes, 14 of which are housekeeping and 10 consequential.

The proposals were exchanged on April 2. The parties have not had any discussion on the substance or intent of either proposal package.

The document can be viewed in its entirety, or by each article listed, by choosing the appropriate link. Statements in bold face type are proposed new language; strike out sections of type are proposed deletions; and sentences in italics are editorial comments by SAHO.
